It’s really interesting how text messages can be a great reflection of your focus. Given text carries no intonation or inflection, unless it’s full of emoticons, winks, smiles, or explicit words of love, it’s completely up to the individual to interpret the message with whatever they choose to see.
When you receive a text from someone, do you tend to hear love and positive feelings behind what has been written, or do you tend to assume the person is being rude or uninterested?
This is merely one example of how your focus creates your reality. Depending upon what you bring to your world, what you see, how you receive, what you believe, will be what you’re looking for, focused on, and invariably, it will appear for you. We are that powerful.
Usually, your focus is what you feel toward yourself and others.
If you judge, you believe others are judging you.
If you criticize, you believe others are criticizing you.
If you are loving, you believe others are loving you.
It’s your choice what you focus on. It’s also your choice how you want to experience your “reality”. I invite you to choose wisely.
