Improv really is a beautiful reflection of life…Depending upon the components you get given, it’s up to you to make the best and deliver results by remaining present, staying within the parameters set before you, and tapping into your own personal essence in order to create the moment you’re in…the cleverer and funnier the better!

I invite you to approach your day as if you’re acting in an improv show.  Try to find the humor and wisdom present in the circumstances before you, add in your personal flair and play your best with what you’re given.  May you have an entertaining day!

It’s important to have things that inspire feelings of excitement and joy within you.

This energy fosters creativity and pleasure that can support you in remaining positive as you navigate through life’s challenges.

Whether it’s an upcoming event you’re looking forward to or ideally something in this very day that makes your heart beat fuller and faster, I invite you to consciously connect to the sensations of excitement.
Create the excitement!
Conjure your passion!

As you see the possibilities and feel the pleasures, your whole day will brighten and you will feel more alive…
That’s exciting!

Insecurity makes us play small.  Confidence is what allows us to grow into our fullest expression and live our greatest life.

It can be easy to lose confidence, only to have it lead you down the rabbit hole of insecurity.  One act of insecurity feeds a chain reaction growing with each step until you no longer trust yourself.  Before you know it, you’re looking to others for answers, expecting them to know better for you than you do.

To achieve greatness, play big, maximize your life, and exult your passion requires connecting to self-confidence.
It’s not about comparing yourself to anyone else, nor expecting anyone else to know what’s right for you.
It’s about trusting that where your passion lies, you have the ability to grow, achieve, and excel.

Whether you are ever the best compared to anyone else is irrelevant.
If you connect self-confidence to where your heart flows, you will be YOUR best!

Snow Days

Monday, February 3rd, 2014

How do you experience a snow day?
Like a kid, excited for the day off?
Like an employer, frustrated by the loss of productivity and money?
Like someone on vacation, grateful for the break?
Like an animal in the zoo, trapped within the confines of your limited space?
Like an adventurer, delightfully appreciative of the beauty from the snowfall?

I believe that what we feel we “need” the most right now is what will dictate the way we initially respond to the snow day.
I also believe that we can have our initial response, and then choose to change it if it doesn’t feel good.

As with many things in life that befall us, while we cannot control if the snow day happens, we can control how we experience it.
